Puppiesİ sells to the Buyer listed below, a _______puppy stated to be of sound
quality in good health. Puppy is stated to be free of communicable diseases as
far as appears to the eye. Buyer understands and agrees all monies placed
on a puppy are nonrefundable unless puppy dies while still with the
seller. In that case, money will be refunded. All cost to transport
a puppy will be paid by the buyer.
The buyer has 48 hours to get a vet
exam after receiving the puppy excluding weekends and holidays. If in this time
frame the puppy is found to have an incurable genetic disorder, puppy and
registration papers must be returned to the seller within 48 hours of such
findings at buyer's expense. More time may be allowed if shipping required.
Buyer's vet report detailing such findings will be faxed to seller by vet along
with scanned microchip #, if applicable, within 48 hours. Upon concurrence of
such findings by the seller's vet, a replacement puppy of equal value will be
given when one is available. Refusal of such puppy by buyer ends all obligations
seller has to buyer.
If puppy should die before reaching 12 months of age
(1 year), a necropsy shall be performed to determine the exact cause of death at
buyer's cost. Buyer's veterinarian shall send the results in writing to the
seller along with the scanned microchip number if applicable. The seller is to
be notified within 24 hours of the death of your dog. If it is determined by
both buyer and sellers veterinarian's that condition was present in the dog
before it left the seller, the puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal
value when one becomes available. Refusal of such puppy by buyer ends all
obligations seller has to buyer.
If illness occurs,
dog is to receive immediate veterinarian care and all prescribed treatment is to
be followed with the following exception. If dog is stated by buyer's vet to be
untreatable, the buyer will get a second opinion. If the second vet agrees with
the prognosis, the buyer must talk to the seller on the phone before any action
is taken. Names and phone numbers of both vets will be provided to the seller.
If requested by the seller, the buyer agrees to return the dog to the seller
within 48 hours of such request along with the registration papers signing
ownership back to the seller. Upon concurrence of such findings by the seller's
vet, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given when one is available. If
buyer's vet does not concur with the findings of seller's vet, ownership of the
dog will be retained by the seller and all obligations to the buyer by the
seller will end.
Puppy is purchased to be a loving companion solely for
the buyer listed below. Should puppy be transferred to another owner by the
buyer below, this contract is immediately null and void. Buyer agrees to house
the puppy freely inside the buyer's home. Puppy is not guaranteed for breeding,
showing, color nor size. Registration papers are guaranteed at time of sale
only. The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian costs incurred by the
dog. The seller is not responsible for any freight or charges incurred in
returning or replacing the dog. If replacement puppy offered by seller is
refused by buyer, sellers obligation will end. Give all immunizations. Dog is to
be checked for internal parasites every 3 months until one year of age and
appropriate vaccinations administered. Written proof from a veterinarian will be
required to verify all of the above. Buyer understands the symptoms of
hypoglycemia and agrees to administer proper amount of NutriCal when necessary.
Buyer understands and agrees that noncompliance of any or all of the terms of
this agreement will void all obligations that seller has to the buyer.
Buyer understands seller reserves the right to refuse sale of puppy at anytime
during the transaction if seller finds it in the best interest of the
puppy. Buyer understands up to 50% of purchase price may be charged to the
buyer for having taken the puppy off of the For Sale list. Buyer states
they have read the Care Sheet and understands the proper care of their puppy.
Signature of buyer below constitutes their acknowledgement, understanding and
agreement to all terms of this contract. Buyer and seller will not rely on
verbal or written statements not contained
herein.
